What this site collects

This website does not use cookies, tracking scripts, analytics, or any third-party services. No data is collected from visitors. There are zero external requests when you load this page.

Email communication

If you email us at jachym@westmarkagency.com, we store your email address and message content solely to respond to your inquiry and, if applicable, to provide our service. We do not add your email to any mailing list or share it with third parties.

Client data

If you become a client, we collect the following information through the onboarding intake form:

• Business name and website
• Ideal customer profile (ICP) details
• Service differentiation and proof points
• Calendar booking link

This information is used exclusively to run your outbound email campaigns. We do not sell, share, or use client data for any purpose other than delivering the service.

Prospect data

We research and compile prospect lists as part of the service. Prospect data (business emails, company information) is sourced from publicly available business directories and databases. This data is used solely for the client's outbound campaigns and is not shared between clients.

Data retention

Client data is retained for the duration of the service plus 30 days after cancellation. After that, all client-specific data (intake forms, prospect lists, campaign data) is deleted. Email correspondence is retained for up to 12 months.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing jachym@westmarkagency.com. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
